Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Course Coordinator – Field Position, for center and northern districtin Israel. The Course Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing educational courses, providing support to participants, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring smooth operational processes. The role involves conducting research to improve course offerings, maintaining strong communication with participants and stakeholders, and addressing customer service needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with participants and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience in Education and Training, with the ability to coordinate and support learning programs and activities.
• Strong Research skills to improve course content and assess training needs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Shadmot Dvora.
• Previous experience in non-profit or community-focused organizations is a plus.
• Proficiency in multiple languages and familiarity with the local community will be an advantage.
