Industry Relations Manager – Negev Region

Elevation is seeking an Industry Relations Manager, based in the Negev region to lead and expand our partnerships with local employers within tech roles in the southern region. This role focuses on building strategic hiring partnerships with companies based in the Negev, creating long-term collaborations, and driving a Train to Hire employment model for graduates of our tech training programs. This is a highly autonomous, relationship-driven role with direct impact on integrating high-quality graduates into the tech ecosystem of the Negev.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, initiate and manage partnerships with companies and hiring organizations in the Negev region
• Build strategic hiring collaborations based on the Train to Hire model, from needs assessment through commitment to hire graduates
• Work closely with HR leaders, recruitment managers, engineering managers, and senior stakeholders
• Deeply understand employer needs and align them with Elevation’s training programs and our grads’ profiles
• Collaborate with internal training and career teams to ensure programs are aligned with real market demand
• Track and manage partnership outcomes, including actual hires, partner satisfaction, and long-term engagement

Qualifications:

• An existing, active network of connections with tech companies in the Negev region – mandatory
• Proven experience in industry relations, partnerships, business development, employer engagement, or tech recruitment
• Demonstrated ability to open doors, build trust, and lead partnership processes with hiring companies in Negev region
• Strong understanding of the tech industry, roles, and hiring needs
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• High level of independence and ability to work in a part-time or freelance capacity
• Strong alignment with Elevation’s mission around education, social impact, and expanding quality tech employment in the periphery

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Experience working with training programs, bootcamps, or educational institutions
• Background in tech recruitment or HR
