We’re looking for a Junior Priority ERP Support Specialist to join our Information Systems team.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their ERP journey who’s eager to learn, support users, and grow professionally in a dynamic environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing application-level support for Priority ERP users
Troubleshooting issues in real time
Guiding and training end users on system usage
Documenting issues and solutions in a ticketing system
Managing and following up on service requests
What we’re looking for:
At least 1 year of experience working with an ERP system – required
Experience with Priority ERP – a strong advantage
Understanding of business processes (finance, procurement, logistics, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills
Service-oriented mindset and great communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
