Publications and Digital Media Lead

HAIGUD – Society for Transfer of Technology, a government company and the executive arm of MASHAV – Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is looking for a Publications and Digital Media Lead (full-time) to oversee the organization’s social media and multimedia activities, publications, and content workflows.

The role is responsible for managing digital platforms, coordinating multimedia processes, writing and editing reports and professional content, collecting and curating materials from across the organization, and serving as a central point of contact for internal content sharing, branding assets, and visual documentation. The position reports to the Head of Planning, Evaluation & Partnerships and works closely with teams across the organization.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in English and Hebrew at a native level (spoken and written)
• Academic degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in producing and managing publications in English and Hebrew, including overseeing the printing process
• Strong writing skills for professional content, reports, and international publications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint)
• Experience with graphic design tools (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms)
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content

What You May Bring:

• A background in editing, journalism, communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with governmental or multilateral organizations
• Familiarity with the fields of international development and international relations
• Proficiency in AI writing and editing tools
