A leading financial institution is looking for an Information Security Monitoring & Control Specialist to join a professional Information Security team and work at the heart of protecting sensitive data, preventing data leakage, and monitoring security events in a complex, high-impact enterprise environment.

What does the role include?

• Designing and implementing information security controls, with a focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and access control

• Investigating and handling information security incidents

• Investigating impersonation and phishing cases

• Ongoing collaboration with users and managers to implement new security controls

• Improving existing monitoring and control processes

Must-have requirements:

• Hands-on knowledge and experience working with DLP systems (Data Loss Prevention)

• Strong technical orientation and self-learning capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong advantages:

• Experience defining rules and controls in monitoring systems such as Splunk

• Practical experience investigating impersonation and phishing incidents

• Ability to investigate security events, analyze logs, and write queries

• Experience working with Varonis

• Familiarity with access control, identity management, and permissions governance processes

• Knowledge of regulatory and data privacy frameworks
