About the Role We're building a proprietary CRM for fund administration with automated reporting and compliance workflows. We need an experienced Business Analyst to bridge our fund operations expertise and development team.
What You'll Do
- Translate fund administration workflows into technical requirements and user stories
- Document processes for NAV calculations, investor reporting, and compliance
- Define acceptance criteria for fund structures, data models, and reports
- Validate features meet financial accuracy and regulatory standards
- Bridge communication between fund operations and developers.
Required Experience
- 3+ years as BA in financial services (fund administration, asset management, or investment operations preferred)
- Strong understanding of fund accounting, NAV calculations, and investor reporting
- Experience translating financial requirements into technical specifications
- Proficiency with requirements tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- Excellent documentation skills
Highly Valued
- Experience with fund admin systems (FundCount, Geneva, Investran, eFront, Carta)
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting (AIFMD, SEC)
- Background in alternative investments (PE, VC, real estate)
- SQL knowledge and API integration understanding
