For Elbit Systems, site in Netanya, we are seeking a Subcontractor Manager – Strategic Procurement & Project Management

Join Elbit Systems’ C4I & Cyber division and lead strategic procurement processes in multidisciplinary programs — from initial sourcing to delivery — while shaping commercial advantages and working alongside cross-functional teams

In this role

Manage end-to-end procurement and outsourcing processes of systems and subsystems in diverse projects, including supplier management, sourcing, contract negotiation, and budget control, to ensure project goals and commercial benefits

Collaborate with project teams to support customer proposals, prepare statements of work (SOW), identify new suppliers and products, and conduct commercial negotiations

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while controlling and mitigating procurement-related risks in cost, quality, and availability

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Law / or other relevant fields MBA — advantage

Over 5 years of commercial experience managing complex negotiations of FTK solutions

Proven expertise in procurement of high-value technological systems and solutions based on SOW

Strong project management skills and experience in outsourcing products on a Turn-Key basis

Extensive knowledge in drafting contracts and SOW

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew Additional languages — advantage

Experience and familiarity with electromechanical systems and one or more of the following areas: IT, Vehicle Installations, Electronic Systems
