Information Systems Implementer

A large, stable organization is looking for an experienced Information Systems Implementer to join its internal Information Systems team.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role with real ownership. You will work on a wide range of enterprise applications, internal systems, integrations, and data, and manage multiple parallel projects - mostly small and fast-moving initiatives, alongside several cross-company projects with broader impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Own tasks and projects end to end, from business need to go-live and stabilization
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into system solutions
• Implement and configure processes across enterprise applications and internal systems
• Manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel in a dynamic environment
• Write SQL queries as part of daily work (including complex queries, views, and procedures)
• Work with integrations and data flows between systems
• Support go-live processes, train users, and ensure stable adoption
• Continuously improve and optimize existing processes and system usage

This is not a formal Project Manager role, but it does include real responsibility for managing

tasks and projects, with strong hands-on involvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• Proven hands-on experience implementing information systems or enterprise applications
• Strong experience working directly with business users
• Practical, daily SQL experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and high level of ownership

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience with integrations and interfaces
• Experience with BI tools and reporting
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, or Crystal Reports
