Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for quality management activities and team leadership
- Define and execute short- and long-term quality strategy
- Ensure effective operation of quality systems, processes, and controls
- Lead audits (internal, external, suppliers)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support compliant product development
- Monitor quality performance and report to senior management
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in quality assurance within regulated environments
- Proven managerial experience leading QA teams
- Strong background in quality systems, standards, and audits
- Experience in medical devices – mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English
