The company is developing a groundbreaking AI-driven analytics platform that leverages LLMs and Machine Learning to revolutionize clinical trials for the pharmaceutical industry.
Located in the Central District (adjacent to the train station), the company operates a lean, high-caliber team and offers a hybrid work model.
Role Overview-
- Joining as a Founding Engineer and the second developer on the team, working directly with the founders.
- Taking a leading role in the product's evolution, from initial architecture and design to full-scale production.
- Developing a complex Fullstack ecosystem, with a focus on sophisticated Backend services and AI integration.
- Influencing the technical vision and engineering culture of a company dedicated to saving lives through data.
Requirements-
- 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong Fullstack orientation (approximately 80% Backend / 20% Frontend).
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Proven experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS), Postgres, and Redis.
- Hands-on experience or a strong interest in LLMs and AI integration.
- Previous experience in a Fast-paced Startup environment – Mandatory.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science from a leading university or alumni of an elite military technology unit – Mandatory.
- Background in JVM-based languages (Java/Scala/Kotlin) – a significant advantage.
