Senior Implementer -5525

A leading technology company is looking for a Senior CORA Implementer to join a meaningful and challenging role in the world of BPM and enterprise automation. In this position, you will be responsible for the analysis, development, and implementation of complex business processes on the CORA iBPMS platform. The role combines deep business understanding with strong development capabilities, translating operational and business needs into automated, scalable, and data-driven solutions. You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders and lead end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex business process solutions on the CORA iBPMS platform.
• Develop advanced business logic using JavaScript and PL/SQL, including writing complex SQL queries.
• Design dynamic forms and business rules engines to support end-to-end workflows.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Work with cross-organizational processes such as invoicing, orders, and workflow management.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), including troubleshooting and resolving interface issues.
• Lead professional implementation efforts by defining standards and best practices, optimizing performance, and ensuring long-term system maintainability and scalability.

Requirements:

• Approximately 4 years of experience in implementing ERP or CRM systems; experience with CORA is a significant advantage.
• Proven hands-on development experience with JavaScript and PL/SQL.
• Strong expertise in SQL, including writing complex queries.
• Deep understanding of enterprise-level business processes.
• Experience in writing technical and functional specifications.
• High level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong sense of ownership, broad business understanding, and ability to work independently.
• Advantage: background in system administration, server configuration, or general infrastructure/system-level understanding.
