Industrial Engineering Team Lead

DRS RADA Technologies, a defense company developing life-saving systems, is seeking an Industrial Engineering and Management Engineer for production and warehouses. The position is responsible for improving and streamlining manufacturing processes and operational systems on the production floor.

This role includes data analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing methods to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Measuring work times on the production floor and working with department managers to ensure reporting accuracy

• Utilizing and leading excellence tools such as 5S, improvement teams, problem solving, and visual metrics

• Analyzing existing production processes and identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement

• Monitoring and displaying performance indicators (bulletin boards, department screens)

• Preparing management reports for the Production Manager and others

• Leading processes to improve performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management

• Experience in an industrial environment, preferably in assembly or manufacturing

• Knowledge of Lean methodologies

• Data analysis and conclusion-drawing abilities

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Proficiency in Excel and information systems
