21231 - Logistics Sales Coordinator

Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Market and sell available warehouse and logistics spaces to external customersIdentify potential clients and develop new business opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle: inquiries, negotiations, pricing, and agreements
• Coordinate with internal teams including Logistics, Finance, Legal, and Operations
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and sales documentationMaintain customer relationships and ensure high service levels
• Track availability, occupancy rates, and sales performance
• Work with English-speaking customers and international stakeholders

Requirements:

•  High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) - Must
• Strong negotiation and communication skills - Must
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customers and processes
• High organizational skills and attention to detail - Must
• Experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles – advantage
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or real estate services – advantage
• Proficiency in computer systems; ERP/SAP – advantage
