Financial Controller

A well-established global media and technology company, is looking for a Finance Controller to join the team in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a finance partner to the local business and FP&A teams on accounting matters.
• Lead statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting in Israel, ensuring compliance with local GAAP and US GAAP.
• Manage month-end close and financial reporting, including corporate US GAAP packages.
• Own the balance sheet, including reconciliations, reviews, and commentary.
• Support internal and external audits and prepare required documentation.
• Oversee key accounting judgments, reserves, and complex transactions.
• Review financial results to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to technical accounting papers and global controllership initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of controlling experience.
• CPA - must
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Proficient in SAP; familiarity with Oracle is an advantage but not essential.
• Experience working in a global, matrix-structured organization.
• Background in the media or technology industry is preferred.
