We’re hiring a Team Leader – Digital Application Data Team !
We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead a core data & infrastructure team driving large-scale, cloud-based solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management with active development, working on modern data platforms (MDM, ODS), cloud technologies, and Generative AI.
What you’ll do:
• Lead and mentor a team of software developers
• Design and build scalable data infrastructure and backend services
• Collaborate with product owners and architects on technical roadmaps
• Drive innovation, observability, and best engineering practices
• Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, and architecture
Requirements:
• 2+ years leading development teams
• 3+ years building large-scale distributed data systems
• Strong backend & data architecture experience (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience with Spark, Kafka, DBT, CI/CD, IaC
• Bonus: ML / MLOps knowledge
