System Analyst & Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central and influential role in shaping the digital products and processes that impact millions of users, while working with senior stakeholders across a dynamic, complex organization.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the formulation and optimization of business requirements across multiple digital initiatives

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and effectively manage relationships with internal clients

• Manage cross-functional matrix teams and external interfaces to ensure project success

• Collaborate closely with business units, development, QA, and UX teams throughout the product lifecycle- from planning to launch and ongoing iterations

• Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and evolving business needs

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specification documents (user stories), including: process architecture, flow design, UI components, and system interfaces

• Manage project timelines, milestones, and task execution

• Prioritize and manage backlog items for development and QA (R&D) teams

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in systems analysis and project management in the Web domain
• Proven experience in writing technical specifications and working in an Agile environment
• Experience working with databases and system interfaces
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end technology projects
• Familiarity and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Umbraco - Significant Advantage
• Background in software development and understanding of Web systems and architectures- Advantage
• Experience or background in the insurance or financial sectors - Advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
