Automation Architect | GenAI-Driven Test Automation

We’re hiring a senior Automation Architect and hands-on technical leader to build and scale GenAI-powered automation frameworks across all testing layers in a large-scale, high-impact environment.

You’ll lead the next generation of intelligent, autonomous testing — leveraging GenAI to move beyond traditional automation into self-healing, adaptive, and data-driven quality solutions.

What you’ll do

• Architect and evolve GenAI-driven automation frameworks (Unit → E2E, Functional & Non-Functional)
• Apply GenAI capabilities such as self-healing tests, NL-to-test scripting, visual validation, defect prediction, and root-cause analysis
• Build real-time quality insights integrated into CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor engineers and influence automation strategy across multiple teams

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years as an Automation Architect in complex, large-scale systems
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/GenAI-driven test automation to production
• Practical experience with AI-powered testing tools (Testim, Applitools, Mabl, Tricentis, etc.)
• Strong programming skills in Appium & TypeScript
• Experience leading technical teams and driving adoption at scale

✨ Bonus: GenAI patterns (RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering), Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen), cloud-native environments.
