Native Campaign Manager

A fast-growing, performance-driven marketing company specializing in lead generation and customer acquisition in the Fintech industry is expanding its team and looking for an experienced Native Campaign Manager to join our Performance Marketing department.

In this role, you will take full ownership of Native advertising campaigns from strategy and execution to optimization and scaling, driving high-quality leads and profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Development, launch, optimization, and scaling of digital advertising campaigns on Native platforms.
• Full ownership of budgets, optimizations, and daily management.
• Ongoing testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and placements.
• Research and implementation of new strategies, creative ideas, and best practices to drive campaign performance forward and maximize results.
• Data analysis, trend identification, and actionable optimizations to improve ROI.
• Monitoring, analysis, and reporting on campaign performance, including proactive identification of opportunities for personal and team improvement.
• Collaboration with internal teams, sharing insights and best practices, and contributing to broader marketing initiatives.
• Initiation of new ideas, tests, creatives, and use of advanced campaign tools.

Requirements

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
• 1+ year of hands-on Native campaign management experience (MUST)
• Proven experience in Gaming / CFD / Casino verticals (MUST)
• Experience managing large advertising budgets (MUST)
• Hands-on work with revenue-driven KPIs and performance targets (MUST)
• Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns while maintaining healthy profit margins
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Solid understanding of A/B testing, tracking, and performance reporting
• Experience working with Arabic and Latin American markets — a strong advantage
