Backend developer

Nokod Security brings Application Security to no-code applications, automations and AI agents. The Nokod platform allows organizations to govern their no-code assets (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, UiPath, ServiceNow) and manage their cyber security and compliance risk by streamlining security into citizen development.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, Kafka and GCP
• Take full ownership of features, systems, and processes, ensuring end-to-end responsibility
• Proactively identify areas for system improvement, efficiency gains, and technical debt reduction, and drive their implementation
• Collaborate closely with product and security research teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Work as part of a strong team, continuously improving your skills while sharing knowledge with others.
  
  

• 4+ years of backend development experience, ideally in high-scale products.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and cloud infrastructure
• Solid experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures, with a proven track record of building and operating them at high scale
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently
• High standards for code quality, testability, maintainability, security, and performance
• A strong background in application security and cloud security domains is a significant advantage.
