We are looking for a seasoned B2B marketer to take ownership of our acquisition efforts and build a scalable engine that consistently generates qualified business leads and supports revenue growth.
This role combines performance marketing, funnel architecture, and revenue alignment. The ideal candidate understands how to reach business decision-makers, create demand, and translate marketing activities into measurable commercial outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute digital acquisition strategies aimed at businesses, not consumers
- Manage campaigns across relevant paid channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google) with a focus on ROI and efficiency
- Build and refine the funnel from first touch through qualification and sales handoff
- Launch targeted outreach initiatives to specific accounts and buying committees
- Partner closely with sales teams to define lead criteria, improve conversion rates, and support revenue targets
- Measure performance against KPIs such as CAC, cost per qualified lead, and pipeline contribution
- Operate marketing automation, analytics, and attribution tools to support data-informed decisions
- Introduce demand generation tactics that activate interest earlier in the buyer journey
- Report findings, insights, and recommendations to management
What We're Looking For
- 8–10+ years in B2B digital marketing, ideally in technology or software
- Deep familiarity with longer sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and enterprise buying behavior
- Hands-on experience with paid media and lead generation campaigns
- Ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution
- Comfortable running experiments, iterating, and optimizing based on data
- Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fast learner who enjoys operating in dynamic, evolving environments
Bonus Points For
- Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) funnels
- Understanding of buyer journeys in SaaS or cybersecurity
- Exposure to revenue operations or lifecycle marketing
