Director Software Quality Assurance

As a SW QA Director, you will lead and shape the quality strategy for our global telehealth platform. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing QA team while staying hands-on, driving testing strategies, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and user experience.

In this role you will directly impact the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions used by patients and clinicians around the world.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a talented QA team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Design, implement, and oversee QA processes and test strategies across our platform and connected devices.
• Stay hands-on in testing, troubleshooting, and validating complex product features alongside your team.
• Partner closely with R&D, Product, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify risks, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent quality issues.
• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term quality, scalability, and process improvements.

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Engineering (Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience managing QA teams, with proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop talent.
• 10+ years of experience in manual testing and software QA.
• Experience with QA for products that combine software and hardware components – Advantage
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and release processes, with hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with regulated environments or quality standards in digital health / telehealth is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in Hebrew and English.
