Maintenance Manager 6915

1. Responsibility for maintenance of facilities including all equipment supporting production, BOP

for all maintenance sections on site: machinery, electricity, control equipment and cyber.

2. Responsibility for formulating and implementing company policies and procedures on maintenance issues.

3. Development of planned, breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans.

4. The above will be managed in the SAP system - execution scheduling, prioritization, reporting.

5. Ensuring implementation of government laws and regulations, regulations relating to equipment and facility maintenance.

6. Working with suppliers to obtain services such as: CA, equipment and treatments.

7. Determining minimum inventory levels for spare parts.

8. Defining an annual budget for the activities under the responsibility of the department and adhering to the approved budget.

9. Member of the site safety committee, investigating safety incidents, near misses and work accidents.

10. Responsibility for formulating and implementing company policies and procedures on safety issues.

11. Work in interface with the H.S.E. team in managing hazardous waste and chemical substances, directing resources to address safety hazards and emergency management.

12. Manage the maintenance team at the station by recruiting and training while ensuring appropriate staffing standards in the maintenance department, including vacations and substitutes.

Required education and skills

1. Engineer / mechanical engineer with knowledge of electricity and control.

2. Advantage for training and courses in the field of responsibility, such as: legal liability of managers, turbine knowledge course, safety courses, natural gas courses.

3. Management - ability to manage and motivate employees, with the help of personal example, use of management tools such as writing work instructions, team formation, etc., an advantage for those who have served in a command position in the IDF.

4. Experience in the field of maintenance in process industrial facilities with an advantage for operational knowledge of gas turbines and turbines Steam.

5. Safety - Knowledge of the laws and regulations on safety issues within his area of responsibility, member of the safety committee, ability to investigate safety incidents.
