Digital Assets & Website Manager

At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we’re building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. We’re looking for a Digital Assets & Website Manager to lead the bank’s digital presence - overseeing our website, content, and online campaigns to ensure a consistent, engaging, and high-impact brand experience across all digital channels.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage and maintain the bank’s website, landing pages, and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency, usability, and accessibility.
• Lead the creation and execution of digital content, including visuals, copy, influencer collaborations, and campaign assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, data, compliance, marketing) and external vendors to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Support marketing and brand initiatives, ensuring creative quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Optimize user experience using data, insights, and industry trends—continuously identifying opportunities to elevate our digital presence.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience managing websites, digital channels, content, or brand-driven digital campaigns.
• Hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and influencer activities.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate digital performance and engagement metrics.
  
  

• Experience in a marketing agency or financial brand.
• Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools.
• Experience working with influencers or social collaborations.
