Head of Marketing

Head of Marketing | Cybersecurity Company

We’re looking for a results-driven Head of Marketing to lead global marketing efforts for a fast-growing cybersecurity company.

This is a senior, strategic role reporting directly to the CEO, with real ownership over brand, demand generation, and growth.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to drive pipeline growth, market awareness, and customer engagement — and play a key role in shaping the company’s category narrative.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own and execute the global marketing strategy across brand, digital, content, demand gen, and partners.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team (digital, content, events, partnerships).
• Drive demand generation and pipeline growth through data-driven campaigns.
• Oversee HubSpot & Salesforce flows: lead acquisition, nurturing, conversion, and ROI optimization.
• Lead product launches and GTM strategies in collaboration with Product and Sales.
• Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across all channels.
• Own marketing analytics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Leverage AI-powered GTM tools to improve speed, scale, and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in B2B cybersecurity or enterprise software marketing.
• Strong background in demand generation with hands-on experience exceeding pipeline targets.
• Deep expertise with marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into strategic decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Strategic thinker with strong AI fluency and curiosity for new tools and technologies.
