Product team leader

One of our clients, a promising and fast-growing digital health startup with offices in Tel Aviv, New York, and Portland, is hiring a Product Leader to join and lead its product team in Israel.

The company has developed a smart SaaS platform that integrates with existing healthcare systems such as EMRs and billing platforms. It analyzes clinical and financial patient data to identify real-time eligibility for external funding sources. By combining advanced algorithms, automated workflows, and process optimization, the platform enables hospitals and clinics to help more patients access necessary treatments while improving their own financial performance.

Already implemented in thousands of healthcare facilities across the U.S., the platform is scaling rapidly and making a real impact on patients’ access to care.

The company is looking for an experienced product leader with a strong background in healthcare technology and a passion for building impactful products.

This person will lead a team of Product Managers based in Israel and collaborate closely with global product leadership. The role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on execution across key product domains.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in product management
• Strong focus on B2B or B2B2C digital health products.
• Proven leadership of product teams
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach, and hands-on experience with product tools and processes in fast-paced environments.
