Role Description

The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth. This role also involves providing training and offering exceptional customer service to clients. The selected candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the satisfaction and retention of customers, while staying updated on industry trends to enhance sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Capability to deliver Training and demonstrations to effectively onboard customers
• Proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and understanding customer needs
• Experience in the textile management or automation industry is a significant advantage
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
