We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Specialist for a large organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Lead sales processes from initial contact through deal closure

-Identify customer needs and match them with relevant solutions

-Present and demonstrate products to professional users, including Board members and legal professionals

-Conduct business discussions with senior stakeholders, including Board members and executive management

Requirements:

-Experience and understanding of Board of Directors operations

-Ability to present solutions and manage business discussions with senior stakeholders

-Strong verbal communication skills and negotiation abilities

-High level of organization, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset

-Experience working with Board Management Systems (Board Portals) or Legal Tech systems – an advantage

-Experience in Corporate Governance and Compliance environments - an advantage

This role is especially suitable for candidates with a background in senior administration or Board secretariat roles who are interested in entering the high-tech and Legal Tech world in a business development and sales position.
