Co-Founder (Business/GTM) - AI-Native Engineering Management SaaS

Looking for a business-minded co-founder to help validate, position, and grow an AI platform for engineering teams. This is a side project with serious ambition - nights and weekends, bootstrap mentality, building something meaningful alongside our day jobs.

What You'll Own:

• Customer discovery - talking to engineering managers about their actual pain points
• Product roadmap decisions based on what the market actually needs
• Go-to-market strategy and positioning
• Landing our first paying customers through direct outreach and sales
• Figuring out together what success looks like and how we get there

What I'm Looking For:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, devtools, or selling to technical buyers
• Someone who gets engineering manager workflows and challenges
• Comfortable having real conversations with potential customers
• Strategic but pragmatic - less theory, more "let's test this."
• Ready to bootstrap and figure it out as we go

The Deal:

• 50/50 equity split
• Keep your day job - this is nights/weekends for now
• No investor pressure, no burn rate anxiety
• We go full-time if/when revenue justifies it
• Building this in a sustainable way

The technical side is handled.
