Senior Product Manager (Hands-On, B2C / PLG)

We're looking for an ambitious Senior Product Manager to lead our product end-to-end and drive our scale to the next phase of hypergrowth.

About the Role

We're looking for a deeply hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product experience in a B2C, product-led growth (PLG) environment. This role is for a true builder—someone passionate about creating products from scratch, deeply understanding users, and turning insights into impactful experiences that drive growth and conversion.

What You'll Do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap from discovery through execution
• Collaborate directly with the CEO, CMO, and CTO to align product strategy with business objectives and drive company-wide goals
• Lead product discovery, user research, and data-driven decision-making
• Design and optimize core PLG mechanics: onboarding, activation, pricing, and conversion
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver exceptional product experiences
• Be deeply hands-on—defining flows, writing specs, testing features, and iterating rapidly
• Drive continuous UI/UX improvement with obsessive attention to usability and clarity
• Launch new features from zero to scale and measure real business impact
• Serve as a key product leader and strategic voice across the company
• As we grow, this role will evolve to include leading and mentoring additional product managers

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with strong B2C web or mobile product background (required)
• Proven experience in PLG environments and growth-focused product work
• Track record as a hands-on builder who has launched products or major features from 0→1
• Experience working with leading AI tools
• Deep expertise in onboarding, funnels, pricing, conversion, and retention
• Excellent UI/UX intuition and close collaboration with design teams
• Thrives working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership
• Strong analytical thinking paired with a user-centric mindset
• Passion for autonomous ownership and comfort with ambiguity

Nice to Have

• SaaS or fintech experience
• Experience with zero-touch / self-serve product models
• Background in high-growth startup environments 

*** The position starts as a full-time in-office role. After onboarding and once things are running smoothly, there is flexibility to transition to four days per week in the office.
