🚀 We’re Hiring: System Engineer | Holon, Israel

A leading technology company in Holon is looking for a talented System Engineer to join a cutting-edge engineering team and lead complex, multidisciplinary systems from concept to delivery.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end system development – from initiation, definition, and architecture to integration and delivery

• Design system architecture and define the overall engineering solution

• Define system and algorithmic requirements

• Support development and integration of diverse subsystems: Antennas, RF, Hardware, Firmware, Real-Time systems, Communication, Software & Testing

• Lead system design reviews and work closely with multiple interfaces

• Write, manage, and maintain high-level technical and customer requirements documents

🎓 What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Engineering – mandatory | M.Sc. in Engineering / Systems Engineering – advantage

• 3+ years of experience in System Engineering, including RF components and signal processing in EW / SIGINT environments

• Proven experience in advanced development processes, including configuration management – mandatory

• Experience with Matlab for system-level work – advantage

• Experience leading software development for real-time systems – advantage

• Background in communication systems – advantage
