Production Control Planner

Role Description

We are looking for a Planner who will take responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating operational activities related to the assembly department, inventory management, customer orders, shipments, and RMA processes. The role ensures on-time delivery, optimal inventory levels, and high customer satisfaction in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-         Assembly & Inventory Management

o  Overall responsibility for planning and scheduling work in the assembly department.

o  Manage and control inventory of components, sub-assemblies, and work-in-process (WIP).

o  Identify material shortages, bottlenecks, and operational risks, and provide real-time solutions.

o  Work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability.

-         Customer Order Management

o  Enter customer orders accurately into the ERP system.

o  Monitor order status from order receipt through final delivery.

o  Coordinate with sales and customers regarding changes, updates, and delivery schedules.

 -         RMA Management

o  Manage the RMA process end-to-end with customers.

o  Coordinate returns, inspections, repairs, or replacements with relevant internal teams.

o  Track and document RMA cases in the system until closure.

Work with Quality and Customer Service to reduce recurring issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years experience in planning, production planning, operations, or logistics roles.
• Proven experience working with an ERP system (Priority is preferred)
• Hands-on experience with inventory management, customer orders, and shipments.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, tables, data analysis).
• Fluent Hebrew and good English (spoken and written)

Advantages:

-         Relevant education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
