Financial Controller

Ripple Analytics (formerly Videocites) is a dynamic technology company, with roots in Anti-Piracy, Social Monitoring, Content Monetization and Sponsorship Valuation. Our product suite leverages our innovative and proprietary fingerprinting technology to address client needs in the sports, media and entertainment sector. Our ever-growing client roster includes global sports leagues, teams, agencies and media entities and our mission is to empower clients with data-driven insights and solutions to elevate their strategy, intelligence, marketing and commercial business units.

We are seeking a motivated Financial Controller to help build and run our finance department. Great opportunity to join early, take ownership of key financial processes, and grow with the company.

Report to: VP Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly & Annual Closings: Support and lead the preparation of timely and accurate monthly and year-end financial closings.
• Cash & Bank Management: Oversee bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and support treasury operations.
• Invoicing & Payments: Manage the invoicing, billing, and payment processes to ensure smooth and accurate execution.
• Compliance & Reporting: Prepare financial statements under IFRS standards.
• Audit & External Relations: Work with external auditors, banks, and service providers.
• Process Improvement: Assist in developing and improving financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA certificate – mandatory.
• Internship in one of the Big 4 – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Priority ERP – mandatory.
• 1-2 years of prior experience as Controller - mandatory.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Excellent skill with Excel
