What will you be doing?

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps and Linux expert to join our dynamic team. This individual will design, implement, and manage robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure. You will play a key role in automating processes, optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless integration of development and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Design & Management- Design, build, and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable Linux-based infrastructure.

Monitoring & Incident Management- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix to ensure system uptime and availability.

Scripting & Automation-Automate tasks and processes using shell scripts, Python, Ansible, Terraform, or other configuration management tools.

Security & Compliance-Enforce security best practices, monitor vulnerabilities, and apply patches and updates as needed to ensure system integrity.

Collaboration-

Work closely with cross-functional teams R&D to ensure continuous integration, delivery, and stable operation of systems.

Project Management & Issue Tracking- Use Jira and YouTrack to manage tasks, track issues, and collaborate with development and operations teams efficiently.

What do we want to see?

5+ years of industry experience as a Linux expert or DevOps engineer Linux Systems Administration – Extensive hands-on experience with Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) in production environments DevOps Tools – Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) and infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.) Containerization & Orchestration – Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration in production environments Scripting & Programming – Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Ruby, or Perl for automation Networking & Security – Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPN, load balancers, DNS, SSL/TLS, and security hardening for Linux systems Monitoring, Maintenance & Troubleshooting – expertise in Zabbix and Grafana for system monitoring, dashboard creation, alerting, and performance analysis in large-scale production environments.

Project Management Tools – Experience using Jira and YouTrack for issue tracking, task management, and project collaboration

English Level – Advanced / Fluent

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
