About the role

We are a fast-growing startup looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our finance team at our Ramat Gan office. In this role, you will be the point person for all day-to-day financial transactions, from managing vendor payments to ensuring our global team gets paid on time. This is a hands-on position that requires high accuracy, a strong technical orientation in NetSuite, and the ability to work in a global, English-speaking environment.

Relevant skills

Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivable (AR):

• Manage the full AP cycle: processing vendor invoices, verifying approvals, and executing payment runs for the parent company and all global subsidiaries.
• Handle the AR process: issuing invoices to international clients and following up on collections.
• Perform multi-currency bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with crypto accounting and reporting

Global Bookkeeping:

• Perform day-to-day postings and journal entries in NetSuite for the parent company and subsidiaries worldwide.
• Ensure intercompany transactions are recorded correctly and reconciled monthly.
• Assist in the month-end close process and support the finance team in preparing for audits.

Payroll Management:

End-to-end responsibility for the Israeli and Global payroll process. Coordinate and review payroll for our Israeli and global subsidiaries, working closely with payroll providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Hands-on approach, willing to learn, and can-do attitude - a must!

Experience:

• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally within a global high-tech or startup environment.
• Systems: Hands-on experience with NetSuite is mandatory. You should be comfortable navigating consolidated global environments.
• Languages: Fluent English - speaking, reading, writing.
• Certification: Certified Bookkeeper - level 2-3.
• Excel and softwares: Proficient in Excel (XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Location: Ability to work from our office in Ramat Gan (Hybrid/Office-based).
