Clinical Product Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Clinical Product Specialist to join our AI innovation team and help translate real clinical needs into safe, impactful, AI-powered products.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical practice, product management, and artificial intelligence. You will play a key role in defining clinical strategy, validating medical correctness, and ensuring that our AI solutions deliver measurable value to clinicians and patients.

You will work closely with physicians, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and operations teams across the full product lifecycle — from ideation and validation to launch and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Product Accountability

● Execute the clinical roadmap for AI-driven healthcare products in close partnership with Product Management.

● Serve as the clinical subject-matter expert, translating real-world clinical workflows into clear product requirements.

● Ensure clinical safety, relevance, usability, and regulatory awareness across all product stages.

Validation, Quality & Impact

● Design and lead clinical validation workflows for AI products, including testing protocols and acceptance criteria.

● Evaluate clinical correctness, investigate root causes of issues, and collaborate with engineering teams on solutions.

● Monitor product usage and clinical outcomes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Collaboration & Field Engagement

● Work directly with healthcare providers to gather feedback, validate usability, and measure clinical value.

●Partner closely with R&D, operations, and stakeholders across the AI organization.

●Support product launches, pilots, and lifecycle management initiatives.

AI & Technical Understanding

●Develop a deep understanding of how AI systems are built, trained, fine-tuned, and deployed in production.

●Contribute to prompt engineering, model behavior analysis, and clinical performance optimization.

●Understand system architecture, integrations, and data flows within healthcare environments.

Requirements:

● MD degree or advanced medical student (6th year or higher).

● Available for at least 80% position

● Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and structured thinking.

● Genuine interest in digital health, AI, and product development.

●Solid understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare systems.

● Ability to communicate clearly between clinical and technical teams.

● Familiarity with AI / LLM concepts and data-driven products.

● Experience working with EHR systems, healthcare databases, and software integrations.

● Basic coding or technical troubleshooting experience.

● Experience in clinical research, digital health, or product environments.
