Project Manager - Procurement Department

Check Point is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Procurement Department, taking ownership of strategic partnership negotiations and leading key procurement projects.

In this role, you will take ownership of establishing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with key partners, with a strong focus on optimizing costs, ensuring best-in-class service, and driving data-driven decision-making to support Check Point’s business needs.

You will also manage procurement-related projects and collaborate closely with our BA, IT, Security, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure alignment across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to combine procurement expertise, contract negotiations, and strategic vendor partnership responsibilities in a global high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts to secure cost savings and favourable conditions while meeting business requirements.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret procurement-related data to identify trends, support decision-making, and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, Security, Legal, Finance) to assess partner capabilities, align on business needs, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with key partners.
• Drive procurement-related projects, ensuring alignment with Check Point’s global business strategy.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, or a related field (Law degree preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven procurement experience in a global company (preferably high-tech).
• Proven experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts, with a strong focus on commercial terms.
• Track record of leading complex projects, especially in procurement, sourcing, and partnership agreements.
• Strong experience in procurement, licensing, and contract negotiation.
• Data-oriented mindset with proven experience in analyzing data, drawing insights, and supporting decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel (mandatory); experience with additional data analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English (mandatory).
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
