About the Role

We are seeking an AI Software Engineer to join the team developing a cutting-edge AI-driven SOC platform. In this role, you will design and build intelligent systems that leverage AI agents, LLMs, and automated workflows to drive security investigations and decision-making at scale.

You will own features end to end - from research and design through deployment and monitoring- working closely with a highly skilled, multidisciplinary engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an AI-powered security automation platform.
• Design, build, and integrate AI agents for automated investigation, reasoning, and decision-making.
• Implement AI workflows and orchestration pipelines to process large-scale security data.
• Own the full feature lifecycle, including research, design, development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Solve scale, performance, and reliability challenges in distributed systems.
• Collaborate closely with engineers across Python, React + TypeScript, and Rust to deliver high-impact features.

Requirements & Skills

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM integration, and workflow orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, custom agents, Temporal, Airflow).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fast learner with a big-picture mindset and strong ownership mentality.
• Passion for technology and building products with real-world impact.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred).
• Familiarity with distributed databases such as Cassandra, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, or similar systems (preferred).
• Understanding of Event Sourcing and CQRS (preferred).
• Prior experience in cybersecurity or security-focused platforms (preferred).
