Software Tech Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join our R&D team and drive the development of our high-performance video recording platform. In this role, you will be the technical focal point for the team, balancing deep hands-on development with architectural leadership. You will tackle complex scalability challenges and ensure our software meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

📍Location: Kfar Sava, Israel

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design and implementation of high-quality, production-grade software solutions using C# and .NET.
• Act as the technical authority, making key decisions on system architecture and design.
• Mentor team members and drive code quality through reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with R&D leadership to align technology with the company’s vision.
  
  

• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record of technical leadership
• Demonstrated ability to architect complex software systems
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, Web Services), and strong familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular)
• Experience with Cloud computing and distributed environments (e.g., AWS/Azure) – Major advantage.
• Experience with video recording, streaming, or related media technologies- strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset
