Relevant academic degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
Mandatory: High-level proficiency in Excel, as well as experience with Python and Power BI.
Mandatory: Previous experience in a manufacturing company.
Prior experience in analytics/control/production planning & control (PPC)/Industrial Engineering – an advantage.
Advantage: Experience with BI and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
Understanding of production processes and familiarity with industrial environments – significant advantage.
Analytical skills, systems thinking, quantitative approach, attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
