Medical Safety Monitor | Senior Medical Role

We are seeking a Medical Safety Monitor to take senior ownership of medical safety oversight across clinical trials.

This role carries direct responsibility for subject safety, medical judgment, and safety‑related decision‑making at the study level.

The position works closely with cross‑functional teams and reports into the Medical Director, Safety & Pharmacovigilance.

Key responsibilities:

• Medical safety oversight for assigned clinical trials

• Review and interpretation of safety data (AEs, SAEs, labs, ECGs, vitals)

• Leadership in Safety Review Meetings and DMC interactions

• Safety signal evaluation and risk assessment

• Medical input into protocols, study documents, and data reviews

Requirements:

• MD

• 4+ years in clinical research and/or medical safety roles

• Strong clinical judgment and excellent English communication skills
