Description

As a Wireless Firmware Architect you will focus on defining technical direction, conducting research and analysis, and providing architectural guidance for Apple's Bluetooth embedded solutions. nnThe position emphasizes wireless protocol design and simulations, software architecture definition, technical planning, proof-of-concept development and performance optimizations.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer SciencenWireless Systems: 8+ years of experience in wireless communication systems design, with deep understanding of multiple wireless standards (WiFi, Cellular, Bluetooth, Zigbee, etc.)nSoftware Architecture: Proven track record of architecting large-scale, complex software systems with emphasis on real-time and embedded systemsnProtocol Development: Extensive experience with wireless protocol design, implementation, and optimizationnSystem Integration: Expert knowledge of hardware-software co-design and system-level optimization techniquesnProgramming Proficiency: Strong skills in C/C++, Python, and system-level programming languagesnPerformance Engineering: Experience with real-time systems, multi-threading, and performance optimization techniquesnArchitectural Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead architectural decisions and influence technical direction across multiple teamsnCommunication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesnSelf-Motivated: Exceptional ability to work independently and drive initiatives nSystems Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while understanding intricate technical details
