This Position reports to:

EL Commercial Operations Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the field of global supply chain management and logistics. You'll engage in a variety of responsibilities that contribute directly to the efficiency, compliance, and success of the organization's international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Active involvement in supply chain operations
• In-depth understanding of Incoterms and international trade practices
• Ongoing communication and coordination with customs brokers
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments
• Tracking and monitoring international shipments
• Processing and managing forwarders' invoices
• Communicate with the Standards Institute and regulatory bodies
• Staying current on import regulations and relevant reforms
• Familiar with import reforms and obtaining price quotes
  
  

• Proven experience working with customs brokerage
• Solid background in the import field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High-level English proficiency-reading, writing, and verbal communication
• Strong aptitude for working with digital and enterprise systems
• Exceptional accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse departments
• Prior experience interacting with regulatory bodies
• Ability to manage processes and communicate with the Standards Institute and governmental entities (e.g., Ministry of Economy)
  
  

• Familiarity with standardization and import certification processes
• Previous experience in export operations
• Experience working with SAP Business One (SAP B1)
