SoC Engineering Program Manager

On this position, you will be responsible for setting development goals and tracking project development execution with all multi-functional teams for both Post Silicon and Pre Silicon.

Description

Creating and maintaining project schedules for innovative IPs & SOCs nCollaborating and facilitating communication across engineering and operation managers to meet aggressive schedule and quality goals. nLeading cross-functional communication between project teams (in Israel and outside) – setting development goals and tracking execution and compliance with aggressive technical and quality standards. nMaintaining and improving engineering development processes across cross-functional teams. nUnderstanding technical issues and driving them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision-making nOffering multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors in multiple geographic locations to executive management

Minimum Qualifications

At least 8 years of hands on experience as VLSI Engineer. Highly preferred having multiple VLSI disciplines experience (Design, Verification , Physical Design)nAt least 3 years of managerial experiencenExcellent communication, presentation, social, and leadership skills are importantnAbility to filter and distill relevant information for the right audiencenB.Sc / M. Sc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from leading universities.

Preferred Qualifications

Highly beneficial: Hands on experience as System engineer/Post Silicon EngineernExperience with post silicon activities: Silicon Validation, Debug, Chip bring up, Product EngineeringnFamiliar with both SW release flow and ASIC design flownAdvantages for few years of hands-on experience in Program Management & Matrix management roles including scripting capabilitiesnYou should be able to comprehend and deal well with rapid changes, while remaining calm and flexiblenWilling to travel few times a year
