Financial Controller

RADCOM, a global public hi-tech company listed on NASDAQ, is seeking an experienced Controller to join its finance leadership team for a one-year temporary position. This role has end-to-end responsibility for revenue recognition under ASC 606, quarterly close processes, SEC reporting support, and financial oversight across global operations. The Controller will lead the accounting team, work closely with external auditors and advisors, and provide in-depth financial analysis to senior management and the Audit Committee in a fast-paced, public-company environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead revenue recognition under ASC 606 for all customer agreements.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606 through contract reviews and accounting analysis.
• Own the quarterly revenue close, including deferred revenue and capitalization of contract costs.
• Manage sales commissions and MBO calculations.
• Support quarterly and annual SEC reporting.
• Lead and manage the accounting team ,ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous development
• Review subsidiary reporting and manage consolidation in NetSuite.
• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and cross-functional teams.
• Responsible for U.S. and Israeli tax-related accounting.
• Prepare in-depth financial analyses supporting management presentations to the Audit Committee
• Review payroll processes in Israel.

Requirements

• CPA with 3+ years of post-internship
• Big 4 background – Mandatory.
• Experience in a public NASDAQ hi-tech company – Mandatory.
• Strong ASC 606 expertise – Mandatory.
• NetSuite experience – Mandatory.
• Payroll / compensation accounting experience – Advantage.
