We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager (WEB/MOBILE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Collect, analyze, and translate business needs and user requirements
• Define EPICs and features, and write functional specification documents
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including UI/UX, development, QA, customers, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, marketing, legal, and more
• Prioritize tasks and manage the product backlog based on business value and time constraints
• Lead product development processes using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Measure and analyze product performance and user behavior
• Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and expansion of product capabilities
• Ensure delivery aligned with goals, timelines, and product quality standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing a technological product (WEB or MOBILE)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong ability to analyze business requirements and user needs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority (matrix environment)
• Analytical mindset, systems thinking, and strong decision-making abilities
