What You'll Do

We're seeking a Loan Operations Analyst to join our CS team. You'll support client relationships alongside senior CS and Implementation team members, helping transition loan data into the Hypercore platform. Your work will directly impact client success and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be investigating and resolving customer tickets related to loan schedules, fees, interest calculations, statements, and data issues.

• Ongoing Support & Optimization: Provide proactive support to Hypercore's growing client base. Support customer success initiatives by identifying usage patterns and flagging opportunities for improvement.
• Client Training: Assist with training client teams and configuring accounts tailored to their needs, ensuring a seamless transition to Hypercore.
• Data Migration Support: Help clients transfer and structure their loan portfolios on our platform, ensuring accuracy and minimizing disruption.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; CPA or certifications are an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in Big4 accounting, customer success (fintech) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English.
• Exposure to financial data (coursework, internships, or entry-level roles); experience with loan portfolios is a plus.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
