Senior Project Manager

Phinergy is a leading cleantech company based in Israel and listed on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. With its metal-air technology, Phinergy has developed a revolutionary way to generate electricity using metals as clean and circular energy sources. Phinergy's first products are already commercial and provide clean energy to critical sites in Israel and globally.

Phinergy is leading a significant large-scale project in data centers’ backup systems, using its innovative clean energy technology.  This project is conducted with direct involvement of the largest global companies in the data centers industry.

If you are passionate about turning cutting-edge ideas into real-world clean energy solutions, if you are excellent in your profession and having a very good interpersonal relationships, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage this amazing project .

What Will You Do:

• Lead end-to-end NPI project development: from scope definition to product launch and field deployment.
• Manage all communication with the end customer throughout the development process.
• Coordinate R&D, engineering, and manufacturing activities across multiple disciplines.
• Collaborate with local and international suppliers, contractors, and engineering firms.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and supplier workflows.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality documentation, including O&M (Operations & Maintenance) manuals.
• Travel abroad occasionally to oversee manufacturing, supplier audits, or installations.

Requirements:

 *  B.Sc. in Engineering (Electric, Chemical, Mechanicalor equivalent technical background)- A must.

• 8-10 years of full-cycle project management experience, ideally in an NPI role.
• Strong hands-on approach to technical project leadership.
• Excellent English - written and spoken.
• Ability to lead projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Advantages:
• Previous experience in a clean energy or in datacenters infrastructure.
• Previous experience in project management with large activities in the US.
