Senior Full-Stack Developer / Tech Lead

A fast-growing online media company in Tel Aviv is looking for a strong and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to take a key role within the CTO team.

This is a highly hands-on role with broad technical ownership and real impact on the company’s core products and business.

About the Role

• Hands-on Full-Stack development using modern Web technologies
• Technical leadership within the CTO team (a small team: you + one additional developer)
• Work closely with company leadership and the CTO
• Design architecture and lead technical decision-making
• Build, scale, and improve complex Web systems
• Conduct code reviews and mentor the other developer on the team

Note: This is not a CTO role. It is a senior leadership role within the CTO team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience in Full-Stack Web development
• High technical strength and deep hands-on coding ability
• Experience designing system architecture and making technical decisions
• Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership
• Experience leading or mentoring developers – a strong advantage
