We’re looking for a Financial Controller to support the CFO in managing the activities of the Group – Catalyst Fund, Cukierman & Co. Investment House and Catalyst Investors’ Club.

This is a full-time position from the company office based in Tel Aviv (Sarona).

Responsibilities:

- Managing and preparing quarterly and annual financial statements

- Preparing ongoing financial reports for management

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and Budget vs. Actual analysis

- Overseeing accounting processes and ensuring regulatory compliance

- Handle tax reporting and statutory compliance, and interface with external auditors and tax advisors

- Working with external auditors, authorities, and professional stakeholders

- Deep involvement in the financial activities of the group’s startup, including fundraising efforts

Qualifications and competences:

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory

- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards - US GAAP, IFRS, and Israeli GAAP

- Previous experience as a Financial Controller – an advantage

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English

- Strong analytical skills and a broad financial perspective

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team

- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Proficiency using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
