Algorithm Engineer

Role Overview-

• Joining a core team of researchers to design, develop, and implement sophisticated Machine Learning algorithms for real-time financial markets.
• Engaging in deep theoretical research, focusing on complex mathematical and statistical models with production-level implementation.
• Taking full ownership of projects from the research stage to production-level deployment.
• Working with massive financial datasets across diverse instruments and markets to identify and execute winning trading strategies.
• Collaborating within a team of world-class experts while maintaining high independence on individual projects.

Requirements-

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics, Mathematics, Computational Chemistry, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science – Mandatory.
• 4+ years of experience as an Algorithms Developer.
• Proven proficiency in C++ development (specifically for performance-critical or high-scale systems).
• Experience with Python for research and data analysis.
• Strong theoretical foundation in Machine Learning, Statistics, and Mathematical modeling.
• Ability to handle large-scale datasets and translate complex research into production code.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for solving deep, non-trivial technical challenges
